Generic Anchors. or phrase that doesn’t provide useful context about what the linked page is about and often serves as a call to action. Because generic anchors use action verbs, they are an effective way to encourage more readers to click on the link. The most common ones are: Click Here; Learn More ; Buy Now ; Sign Up ; Watch ; Visit Website; This Site; This Page ; and so on… However, it is always best not to create too many generic anchor text links on your pages because this type of link does not tell or add anything about where the user will go once they click!
