- First, please tell us about your career history.

Yamamoto: I started my career as a web director at a publishing company I joined as a new graduate. The company was a specialized publishing company dealing with the social security field, and in addition to publishing, it also provided content for health insurance associations to post on their websites and supervised legal matters.

Although I originally joined the company hoping to become an editor, I had experience in managing websites during my time as a student, so I had no reservations about taking on the role of web director. I was able to experience the entire process of website construction, including negotiating with clients, placing orders with engineers and designers, and managing progress and budgets.

I stayed there for six and a half years, and when I turned 30, I decided I wanted to create my own service, so I left the company and went independent.
