The first step in training

That what we think and what we focus on every day ultimately becomes our reality. And that our attitude largely defines the success or failure of our projects. That's why December is a month in which I work on strengthening my mind. My recipe Working on improving my mindset is actually an ongoing task.

Look in the mirror your mind for success is to diagnose where you are and how you are self-sabotaging. Standing in front of a mirror is the most effective way to start eliminating negativity. So start by honestly answering the following questions: What negative thoughts are blocking me? For example, "I'm not lucky," or "I'm not good enough.
