On-Demand Service Updated to 5.3 RC

We continue to release updates to the on-demand service. Since our last update in June, it has taken us longer than usual to roll out the next update. During this time, we have been busy working on the 5.3 open source product. This week, we are releasing the 5.3 RC version.
In this month's On Demand update (October 2011 Update), taiwanese phone number format we are pleased to update the service to version 5.3 RC, which introduces many requested features and improves usability. This update also includes bug fixes for most of the issues reported by On Demand customers.
Main advantages
Mail Manager - new mail client think, replacing the existing WebMail
User configurable time zone - team members can be in different time zones
Customizable currency separators - support for various regional formats
Report Filters - Use advanced filters to customize your report at run time.
Advanced filters in custom view and advanced search.
Improving usability
Ready to introduce a comment field in the detailed view of posts
Upload file size increased to 5 MB
Ability to add events to campaigns
Ability to transfer comments to accounts or contacts

Updates for this weekend
Staying true to our promise to make vtiger CRM On Demand the best vtiger experience, we will be rolling out the new update to all existing On Demand customers without any delay. The updates will be completed this weekend.
What's next?
We expect to release a couple more updates to our customers upon request in the coming months 2. These updates will be aimed at improving the usability of the service.
