We rely more and more on technology to work, communicate, and entertain ourselves. If I decide to work from home instead of going to the office, I need to be sure that my laptop is working properly, that my internet connection is stable, and that I can connect to the cloud applications that I need to do my job. However, when working remotely, I will be more concerned about the health of my computer and the stability of my network connection, because the office has an entire IT department to solve problems that arise.

Trust in technology often leads us to rely on something we don’t understand. In fact, that’s the essence of trust. Do I trust someone or something enough to be able to overcome the uncertainty of the outcome? Without trust, you can’t take risks or step into the unknown, which means you’ll never change. So how can companies on the path to digital transformation avoid a lack of trust in technology that prevents them from taking the risks that come with any attempt at change?

Trusting technology is, in a sense, the same as trusting albania whatsapp data person. We have a number of mechanisms we can use. The first is instinct. Most often, you know within the first 30 seconds of a conversation whether you can trust someone. It’s the same with technology. Our sense of whether we can trust a device, website, or communication tool is influenced by everything from its logo to our first experience using the interface. Research shows that we are more likely to answer a phone call from a familiar number. We become suspicious and reluctant to provide personal information about ourselves when registering for online services, but we give the same information to a bank employee or mortgage consultant without hesitation.
