Most people I know have a different concept of creativity than I do. It is not a characteristic of a person but rather a state of mind.

“I’m not creative.” “I never have any good ideas.” Many of us accept this false belief as an excuse to let others handle creative tasks.

Almost all my life, these types of tasks have ended up falling on me because those who know me know that my head never stops turning over many topics. Although it may sound strange, I like to think and it brings me joy to continually generate ideas. I couldn't explain the why behind it either, it just is that way.

Why I'm more creative than average (or so I think)
Creativity has nothing to do with intelligence. I don't know if japan mobile phone number there are studies that prove that it is related but I doubt it. I like to think that I am not the most clumsy person in the world but I am very far from having an intellect that can reach the level of Einstein's little brother. Even so, I realize that being creative is not a problem for me. It has to do with these things, most of which are supported by studies but don't expect me to cite them all now.

I get enough rest despite getting up at 6am every day. There is a “trick” and it consists of going to bed early. In my case, I am usually already asleep by 10.30am.
I play sports 6 out of 7 days a week. I like to “suffer” physically for the sweet feeling of having overcome my own weakness. It also allows me to keep a clear head.
I learn new things every day. You don't always have to read books. In my case, I haven't made the effort to pick up a book and take 15-20 minutes to study it. I do it through Youtube videos where I learn about nutrition, exercise, mental health, business, education, etc.
I consider myself creative. The way I see myself is closely related to creativity. I find it easy to be creative when I need to, so I assume I will find a solution even if I don't have it at hand yet.
If the center of creativity is your brain and we compare it to a car engine, you have to keep it moving continuously, take it to the garage every 6 months for check-ups and put enough gas in it so it can go at full throttle.
