3.
In order for Completo's managers to assess what is happening in the agency, data from all team reports is collected in a summary table. This table is similar to the team table, but it has additional parameters that are of interest to top management:

Due date change history. Sometimes we don't manage to close a task on time, and the due date gets pushed back.
Payment information: how many days have passed between signing the act and paying for the service. If more than 60 days, the management has questions.
Last act date. Needed when there are multiple portugal consumer email list JIRA issues for one service. This is against our workflow, but it happens sometimes.
Work Ratio is the ratio of hours sold to hours spent. Ideally, the ratio should be greater than or equal to 1.

4. Management reporting
As we said above, the table with management reporting is dedicated to the company's revenue, expenses and profit. For each quarter, there is a planned and actual amount.

The table shows profit and revenue by month. We break down revenue by items:

We also divide expenses into items. Now we see not just "Office expenses", but separate items: "Equipment", "Mail", "Life support". At the board of directors, we can figure out where we met the plan, where we did not, and how to optimize all this.
