It is necessary to verify the reliability of the company by checking its name or TIN on the Rosaccreditation portal. How to obtain a certificate of conformity GOST R
Prepare the necessary documents, including:

application;

data on the registration of a company or individual entrepreneur: TIN, OGRN/EGRNIP;

bank details of the company or individual entrepreneur;

technical description and product passport;

product passport;

full instructions for using the product;

if any, existing product certificates such as EU declaration, certificates of origin.

After this, submit an application to an accredited certification body that meets the requirements of Rosstandart, along with a set of technical documentation on the basis of which the product was manufactured.

An accredited laboratory will test product samples and document the results. If no deviations are found during the tests, the applicant will receive a certificate of conformity for the product (Articles 25, 26 of Law No. 184-FZ).

It is important to remember that the certificate of conformity for products in the GOST R system is valid only on the territory of Russia.

Collect the necessary documents:

application for certification;

registration data of your organization or individual entrepreneur, including TIN and OGRN/EGRNIP;

bank details of your company or individual entrepreneur;

technical description and product passport;

product passport;

full instructions for using this product;

if available, previous product certificates, including the EC declaration and certificates of origin.

After that, submit an application and the collected documents to an accredited certification body that complies with Rosstandart. The list of such bodies can be found on the EEC website. Conclude an agreement with the selected certification body. It will determine the laboratory for testing and select the conformity assessment scheme.

If the studies confirm the compliance of the products with the requirements of technical regulations, the certificate will be issued within a few weeks (in accordance with the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the decision of the Customs Union Commission of April 7, 2011 No. 621 and the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of April 18, 2018 No. 44).

Do not forget that certificates of conformity for products of the Customs Union or the Eurasian Economic Union TR are valid only in the territory of the EAEU member countries.

The price and validity period of certificates of conformity for products vary depending on the characteristics of the goods, their quantity, type and the selected certification center. On average, the cost of services is from 30 thousand rubles, and the time for conducting research will take from two to 14 days.

In this case, be sure to check the availability of accreditation for the selected company, since without this, the certificate of conformity for the product will be invalid.
