Small number of referring domains. Having too many links coming from one domain can .

High toxicity rate of referring domains. This may be a result of poor linking or negative SEO.


High percentage of dofollow or USG links. A natural profile cannot consist of only one type of links, especially if their anchors are irrelevant.

Prevalence of Money and Compound anchors. These types of anchors are potentially toxic to Google.

Step 3: Decide whether to disavow or remove harmful links
The next step is to get rid of toxic backlinks. You can do this in 2 ways:
