We carry out this phase mainly in the classic consulting and workshop mode: analyzing, conceptualizing, training, implementing, coordinating.

In our transformation projects, we use so-called building blocks to structure the process and create a common thread. They accompany the project through all phases and ensure that the project team generates the right result objects at the right time. Building blocks can be locked and assigned to a phase. We differentiate between business and technical building blocks.

The most important and largest building block is the UX Journey: We look lebanon consumer email list at your business processes together and compare them with SAP's best practices. Phase 3: Explore

This is a workshop format in which we bring specialist departments and IT together. In a joint discussion, they should bring in their needs and requirements, discuss processes and finally agree on a common approach.

From a technical perspective, we take care of the provision of the system. We set up the system, connect the SAP Business Technology Platform - which is part of modern S/4HANA systems - and have thus created extensive documentation of the results. This includes, for example, migration concepts, blueprints, user stories, but also topics relating to testing and IT security.
