Provide a detailed account of the cost

Finances are one of the most important aspects of a proposal, because the person who needs to invest is, of course, your client. Clients often jump from the introduction phase to the costs, skipping everything in between.

You should clearly state a well-calculated amount with a detailed account of every expense to be incurred. Also, do not forget to mention any service charges or extra costs if any. This way, the customer will be able to see if it fits their budget and you will not have to worry about any issues later. Be transparent.

Keep it short, positive and interesting
I'm being very blunt, but no one wants to know the georgia whatsapp number database minutiae of your product/service. Unless they've signed a deal with you, they want to know how it's going to solve their problem and nothing more. That's right, keep it short, concise, and interesting.

Only mention the details your client needs to know. Brevity is something you should use throughout your proposal writing process. If you’re under the impression that the longer the proposal, the more flattering it will be to your client, then you’re on the wrong track. Quite the opposite.
