What is the division of roles between the three of you?

Hello, this is nonask from the PR team.
It has been two months since communication shifted to being mainly online.
Even under these circumstances, we have more and more new people joining iRidge, so I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our team again.
For the first episode, we spoke with human resources staff who are also part of the business planning department.
Tell us about your HR team.
Naoko:
The main missions of human resources are recruitment, education and training, and evaluation.
The job of HR is not just to recruit people, but also to ensure that they perform well after being hired and contribute to the business.
Originally, I was in the Administration Department in HR and due to the phase the company was in at the time I was mainly involved in recruitment, but in June of last year I was transferred to Corporate Planning and have just started working on not only recruitment but also organizational development and HR planning.

Naoko:
I am currently trying to set up a management how you can use this database effectively training program.
My other main responsibilities include company-wide communications and spreading our mission and values.
Yukie:
I am mainly in charge of recruitment, including for group companies.
In terms of education and training, I work with Chiharu onboarding new employees and educating existing employees. In terms of HR, everyone works together a little at a time.
Chiharu:
I am in charge of launching the in-house portal and improving the initial training for new employees.
We are currently in the process of making various changes to our structure, so we are also recruiting for some of our group companies.
