— Tell us about yourself and your company.
In 2012, I decided to sit down with CEOs and chairmen of companies in this space and talk about all the problems they were facing. And I found a pattern. Over and over, they told me that Amazon was killing them, and that they needed to find ways to compete, through strategic data or otherwise. They didn’t know what to do. So my partners and I started a company that helps other large enterprises become more data-driven, so that data becomes the core of their strategy.
Basically, we do two things: we make companies more data-driven, and we develop strategic plans for e-consulting. It’s almost a product (a two-way service). What we provide them is, first, data engineering (for example, helping a bank understand its customers better), then we move on to the next thing, data design.
