How to create reminders in WhatsApp conversations with Callbell
This feature allows you to create a reminder in a conversation to be notified at a specific date and time, anyway you will not forget any important action. This feature is very useful, for example, to not forget any customer follow-up or to not forget to contact any customer.
To create a reminder, simply open a conversation in your Callbell account and click on the "add reminder" icon in the upper right part. There you can select the date and time for the reminder.

You can add a note to the conversation that will appear in the reminder, where you can mention for example, other team members or add useful information for yourself at the time the reminder appears.

Once your call is established, the conversation will close until the selected time. Additionally, you can filter conversations with an active reminder in the "All Conversations" section at the bottom of "Scheduled Chats".

You can cancel or edit the reminder with the corresponding note at any time after creation by simply clicking on the reminder icon in the conversation.
The conversation will automatically open on the reminder date, sending an email and notification to the notification center.
