Understand the process.

Post by kexej28769@nongnue »

But actually, we can really help developers as well because we have the opportunity to use and make the data accessible to them. It is actually quite important that we work well together. Now, you often hear people say that if you want to treat your developers well, you need to bribe them with doughnuts, which is a bit insulting and very expensive because who has money for that kind of doughnut?

But really, we need to work out how we can build good working relationships with developers who don't rely entirely on baked goods. How do we do that?

Understand the process.
Well, first of all, we need to start by understanding their gambling data vietnam , because basically if we're asking them to work for us, we need to make sure we're communicating in a way that fits their process.

So learn how to articulate their needs in a way that helps them prioritize and plan your work. So what do they do at this point? Do they have a ticketing system that they use that they put all their requirements into, and that allows them to monitor it as it goes through the process? Or do they have another way to track the work they are doing? But make sure you're putting your needs and requests in a format that works for them.

There's no point in just shooting them an email, asking them to fix something if it doesn't actually add to their work. So what else do you need to do? You need to look at where you've briefed things in the past and it didn't work out really well. So maybe there were mistakes, there was a misunderstanding, there was a problem in communication. Take a look at some of the tickets you've submitted in the past and see if there are reasons they were rejected or misunderstood.
