Why bloggers fail to create innovative content and how many succeed despite it

Post by Abdur12 »

Very few blogs are really capable of creating innovative content from scratch. It is not essential to have a blog with many readers.

“Write what everyone else is writing about and be successful at it? Aren’t you supposed to stand out and create unique content?” The answer is yes but no. Do you know how many times a day something really new and innovative is published? Well, I don’t either, because it’s impossible to follow all the blogs to find out. I bet the number of posts is much lower than you might think.

99% of online marketing blogs publish existing information
Let's take a niche that I'm more or less familiar with: online marketing. Almost 99% of blogs publish information that has been available on the web for quite some time . Mind you, I don't mean that they aren't worthwhile, but quite the opposite. The articles you can read here usually have an external source of inspiration in most cases. When I'm aware of it, I put the source as it should be. On many other occasions, they are pieces of information from the past, such as a paragraph in a post I read a while ago, a tweet in my timeline , a thread in a forum, etc. that have unconsciously been the inspiration for a new article.

It is impossible to be 100% up-to-date at all times. I tend to learn new things every day this way. So we have to assume that even if it is new information for us, it is actually quite likely that it has been stored in the brain of the web for a long time. The good thing is that for any topic there will always be a large group of beginners who will perceive that content as unique and innovative. To do this, it is enough to know just a little bit more than they do.
