Location of the main competitors
To locate who our main competitors are going to be, what keywords they use, etc., we can go directly to Google, start searching and aiming, but using a tool like SEMrush will make the task much easier.
Just by entering the keyword we are looking for, it will show us all the information related to that keyword, in which case we will be interested in seeing which sites occupy the first positions in Google.
E-commerce launch plan - Main competitors
These would then be our main competitors and whom we should analyze.
Analysis of products that are on the market
Once we have our main competitors, we have to browse poland mobile database their websites and see if our products are in line with what our competitors offer.
At this stage it is just a matter of seeing if we have a range of products with which we can compete.
At this time we can find products that we had not thought of incorporating into our range that might be interesting to do so.
We can also detect product gaps, these would be products that we can have and that our competitors do not have.
It is also important to see how our competitors' websites are presented and what designs they are using.
Sometimes there are colors that are associated with sectors, such as green and organic products, and this can give us clues when choosing the theme for our e-commerce.
It is also very important to see how they categorize products; not all users search for the same products in the same way.
Another thing you can analyze is what concepts they use to filter products, whether they do it by color, by size, etc.
You should do this with at least 4 of your main competitors. As you analyze, you will find patterns that almost all of your competitors will have.
