An example of response statistics from one of our campaign

Post by nusaiba125 »

Important : one of the distinctive features of outreach mailings is the creation and sending of chains of letters that are connected by logic but varied in content.

The fact is that follow-up emails are an integral part of cold emailing. For example, a Yesware study found that the first follow-up email increases response rates by 21%, and the next follow-up email increases the chances by 25%.

Our practice also confirms this: an analysis of one nepal consumer email list of the outreach campaigns showed that, although the first letter often brings only about 10% of responses, each subsequent one adds another 4-5%.

Therefore, outreach campaigns require a carefully thought-out approach to communication and its content, because each letter plays its own role in the chain of interactions.

By the way, in some campaigns we received the maximum response to the third letter.

This fact only emphasizes the value of an integrated approach , where the entire chain of letters works towards the result, and not just the opening message.
