When I started the High Performance Digital Marketing course at Harve, I had just been laid off in the middle of the pandemic.
It is really difficult to create great expectations when more than 14 russian email address list Brazilians are unemployed, according to data from IBGE.
But I didn't give up and decided to dive headfirst into Harve's Digital Marketing course. And I can say that this was the beginning of a huge, very positive change in my career.
The before
In 2016, I graduated in Institutional Communications from UFPR (a difficult time to find jobs in the communications field). Until then, I had only done an internship as a social media professional. Since I needed to work, I ended up accepting a job in the administrative area and at the time I also covered the commercial side of things, including sales and customer service. I also got a better opportunity in the commercial area and after a month at the company, I was promoted to the marketing area, since I had started an MBA in the area.
That's when my career in Marketing really began. I've always been that professional who knows a little bit about everything in Marketing: content production for social media, internal communication, blog content, SEO, basic design, etc. But I felt like I needed to learn more about all the possibilities of Digital Marketing and specialize in one area. And that's when I found Harve.
When I met Harve
I found out about Harve through a recommendation from a friend of a friend... lol (lol because I'm a cringe). Right after I completed my enrollment, I was fired from my job as a marketing assistant by a new manager who barely knew my work, at the end of October 2020. It was a very difficult time for me, because I didn't see any chance of career growth, I had no prospects and I even thought about changing fields.
I started my Digital Marketing training at Harve to learn more about Google Analytics, data, metrics and ADS. But I was able to deepen my knowledge regarding content production, copywriting, SEO and data analysis in general.
I hadn't even finished my training at Harve when I got the job I wanted so much. With incredible teachers and a methodology focused on practice, the course undoubtedly contributed a lot to my development and helped me be professionally happy the way I am today.
My performance today
Speaking about my current situation, I am working as a Content Marketing Analyst for a large company. I am responsible for the company's blog, which is growing more and more every day. I also produce content for social media and started a series of educational videos with professionals in the field on YouTube. I found myself in this world of producing rich content that generates value for my audience.
I am very happy and I have no doubt that Harve contributed a lot to me achieving this new job that, without a doubt, I love.
Below I will tell you 3 lessons that I learned from the Digital Marketing Training at Harve, so I hope to give you a spoiler about what you will learn in this course =)

To prosper you need a well-defined goal and a lot of consistency.
It may seem simple to you who are reading this, but we need to have a very well-defined objective for EVERYTHING we do (not just in marketing, but in life, right? LOL). If you have a blog, think about it: what is its objective? To generate traffic for your online store? To generate authority for your brand? To be a channel focused on helping your customers? When you define a focus, it becomes much easier to direct your marketing efforts. Oh, and another thing: results don't come overnight. You need to be consistent and focused on your objective and learn to deal with the expectations of your managers and/or customers.
