How to Scale Content Creation
Step by step guide
So, you are planning to start a blog or you already have one, but you feel that you can do more. Right? Well, that's how it is for me, the author of this article. I try to write for you in any free time, conduct research, look for new interesting information both in the Russian cluster of the Internet and in the foreign one.
But I still feel like I can create more useful content.
In this article, I will walk with you through the process of fixing this situation. We will talk about planning, creating outlines, how to start a team and where to find writers with experience. In general, we will talk about what will help us scale the content creation process. Let's go!
Break down the content creation process into steps
Personally, I have always considered the process of creating an article to be one big sprint. That is, you sit down to write some article , and get up only when you click the "Publish" button in WordPress. This strategy is not bad, but it is quite exhausting, because one post has to be prepared for hours and by the end you often have only the desire to quickly publish the post. That is, it affects both the quality and the desire to "sit down" to write a large piece of material. If you decide to write a longread, then you already understand in advance that you will not leave your PC for the next ten hours at least. But for a good article you want to prepare infographics, cut up screenshots and gifs and God knows what else. In general... the process is long and tiring.
What if you break the content creation process down into microprocesses and delegate half of it?
